When you’ve a plumbing emergency on your hands, you don’t want to be confused by complicated pricing, so we’re honest and open about what you’ll pay for our qualified plumbers.
If you have a problem with your gas boiler or heating system, you’ll need a Gas Safe Registered heating engineer rather than a plumber. Don’t worry, we can help with that too!

We have no hidden charges – We do not charge for travelling, parking, congestion or any extra call-out charges.
We charge a minimum of 1 hour on all jobs, after this all work is charged in 15 minute increments. Our rates exclude materials.
Our invoices clearly show a full description of the work completed, time started and time finished together with a full breakdown of labour and materials.
Payment must be made in full by credit card, debit card, cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of the invoice.

If your gas boiler, cooker or other gas appliance breaks down, you MUST by law use a Gas Safe Registered engineer to fix it. But don’t worry, all of District Services gas engineers are on the Gas Safe Register.

Your safety is our priority when working in your home.
That’s why all our heating engineers are registered with the Gas Safe Register, the UK’s gas registration body.
By law, all engineers working on boilers, cookers, fires and other gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register, which replaced CORGI in 2009.
